Refund Policy

  1. No refunds for reason of weather, sickness or if you shorten your stay after arrival
  2. No refunds for guests not arriving on expected dates
  3. No refund for cancellation of group booking
  4. $30 booking fee applies to all cancelled reservations
  5. Refunds will be by cheque only at end of each calendar month
  6. Reservations require 30 days notice of cancellation for a refund minus booking fee, otherwise deposit is forfeited altogether unless we are able to rebook the accommodation
